About KeselmanIP
KeselmanIP is a full-service Intellectual Property group, focused on providing IP support, paralegal and consulting services to law firms, corporate clients, universities and individual practitioners.
The company was started by Irene Keselman in July of 2012 to simplify the process and reduce costs while increasing quality and most importantly eliminating the headache that can come with running an IP group and the filing of IP around the world.
Irene is an energetic leader with a wealth of experience in operations and running IP departments. She is an intellectual property subject matter expert who leverages her extensive experience running the company’s operations. Irene has provided leadership to various global companies in the past and has a track record of turning the most ambitious ideas into successful products identifying and recommending solutions to resolve issues and maximizing opportunities. Most recently she oversaw the smooth operation of inovia’s foreign filing department and before that she managed the Intellectual Property Governance Department at The Associated Press. She has also provided leadership in the IP Departments of Ropes & Gray LLP, Baker & McKenzie and Schulte Roth & Zabel, to name a few. Irene is on a constant quest to improve the status quo and improve effectiveness and efficiency.
Our clients consider us very knowledgeable, flexible and professional and rely on our expertise and resources to guide them through the administrative burdens often associated with high overhead costs, cumbersome application process in a cost effective and simplified manner saving them capital and time. We are extremely detail-oriented and organized always willing to go the extra mile.
We adapt quickly to job-specific requirements and demands, and are motivated self-starters with abilities to multi-task and work efficiently for time-sensitive projects. We are always willing to work as long and as hard as it takes to get a job done. We can collaborate with others but can also work well on our own if necessary. We do not mind working in a demanding and fast-paced environment, and actually find that maintaining composure in the most stressful of situations induces the best results.
